Tandem Federal Credit Union collects nonpublic personal information such as your name, address, social security number, date of birth, drivers license number, income, credit history, employment history, and account and transaction history. This information is collected from the following sources:
Membership and loan applications.
Other financial institutions or financial service providers.
Credit reporting agencies.
Employers or former employers.
This information is kept secure and access to it is limited within the credit union to credit union personnel who need to know it in order to provide you with products and services and to properly operate the credit union. Use of Nonpublic Personal Information Tandem Federal Credit Union does not disclose any of the above information about our members and former members except as permitted by law such as disclosures to our check printers, statement preparers (data processors), and others in order to process and service transactions or provide financial products or services you, the member, requests.
